Your order should be delivered within 2-5 working days from the confirmation date, depending on your zone.

Payment الدفع
You must pay before receiving your order even in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).
يجب الدفع قبل استلام الطلب حتى في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام.

Please inspect your shipment once received. In case of any claims, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Exchange & Refund Policy
(14 Days Guarantee)
Our exchange and refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
تستمر سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع لمدة 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
Eligibility for Exchange / Refund
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. The original invoice is required.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتهـا الأصلية مع الفاتورة.
Shipping Fees رسوم الشحن
Shipping fees are paid by the customer in case of exchange.
في حالة الاستبدال يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
Refund Process عملية الاسترداد
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed.
بعد استلام المرتجع يتم فحصه، وفي حالة الموافقة يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد.
Refund Method طريقة الاسترداد
Refunds are issued via credit card, InstaPay, or the original payment method.
يتم الاسترداد على نفس وسيلة الدفع (بطاقة – إنستاباي – إلخ).
Order Confirmation & Delivery Attempts
We will attempt to contact you 3 times to confirm your order. If unreachable, the order will be cancelled.
سيتم التواصل معك 3 مرات لتأكيد الطلب، وفي حالة عدم الرد يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.
