Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy:
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We offer an in-store free exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from you. In case of receiving wrong orders or a manufacturing fault, exchange will be free. In case of exchange due to choosing the wrong size ( for rings ) or mind changing, the order can be exchanged but subjected to shipping fees to be paid by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy:
We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date. We offer in-store free refunds within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from the customer. In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer. In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or amended you will get a full refund and free return within 2-4 working days from the request. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you have paid online using a debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded within 7-14 business days according to your bank.
